BettyJean is the ultimate Leaner and i want to honor her for always making people feel special. I concider myself extremely lucky that she is my step mom. We have many things in common. Sometimes we laugh and laugh about that. I love everything about her and she should know what a difference she has made in lives of so many people. Since she has come into my dads life i have seena side of him that i am so thankful for. She brings out the best in him as she does everyone she is around. I am proud that she is a grandma to my boys and a loving mom and friend to Missy and I. How can you beat that smile?

And every single time I see her she greets me with a big hug and kiss. How can you not look forward to seeing her???? She is a delight and a joy and I am grateful to call her a friend!

We were so excited about you coming into our lives we all forgot how old Punky really was. Sorry Punky but we love her. What can i say come to think of it Gloria is the one who told us you were 60. Just kidding

You must know how special you are to me and the rest of the family - and thanks for making my brother as happy as he'll ever be (even though you have a habit of clunking him on the head with the car's rear tailgate!)
You often hear people say, "I hope he or she never changes." In your case, you'll never change. You have an inner sense of caring for all and an outward glow that all admire. We all love you like a sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, or anything else all rolled up in one. I'm sure I speak for all the family when I say, "thank you God for bringing Betty Jean into our family - it certainly was a blessed event!
